Halloween Safety | Phoenix Fire Department

[SPOOKY MUSIC]>>HI, THIS IS BRIAN SCHOLL. I’M A DEPUTY FIRE MARSHAL WITH
THE PHOENIX FIRE DEPARTMENT. HALLOWEEN IS THE SCARIEST
TIME OF YEAR. WE HAVE SOME SAFETY TIPS
TO KEEP YOU GUYS SAFE. FIRST AND FOREMOST,
IF YOUR CHILD IS WEARING A MASK, MAKE SURE THE EYE HOLES ARE
BIG ENOUGH THAT THEY CAN SEE. GIVE EVERY CHILD A FLASHLIGHT,
SO EVERYONE CAN SEE EACH OTHER AS THEY’RE RUNNING AROUND
THE NEIGHBORHOOD. GO IN BIG GROUPS. MAKE SURE THERE’S AN ADULT
WITH EACH GROUP. AND NEVER, EVER, EVER
GO INTO ANYONE’S HOUSE. ALSO, DON’T EAT THE CANDY
UNTIL YOU GET HOME. I KNOW THAT’S TOUGH,
BUT DON’T EAT IT UNTIL A PARENT LOOKS AT THE CANDY. AND HAVE A SAFE AND
HAPPY HALLOWEEN. [SPOOKY MUSIC]
