HEARD BANGING IN A DOWNSTAIRS
APARTMENT, THEN HEARD HEATH
KNOCKING ON HIS DOOR ASKING FOR
HELP WITH THE CHILD. PROSECUTORS SAY HEATH WAS LIVING
WITH THE CHILD’S MOTHER ON THE
FLOOR BELOW MATTHEW PELLETIER AT
THE TIME OF THE CRIME. THE JURY TODAY HEARD FROM ONE OF
THE FIRST FIREFIGHTERS ON THE
