WHITNEY: WATER SHOT STRAIGHT UP IN THE AIR AND ON TO THE ROOF OF THE FIRE RESCUE STATION IN JUPITER AFTER A CAR CRASHED INTO A PIPE OUTSIDE.>>IT WAS POURING DOWN THROUGH THE CEILING.
